Since two years ago, I try to grow some trees and vegetables on my small garden at home. Because the area is tiny enough, container gardening is the best choice at this time. As we know, people now has less area for their home in a big city or urban city. It is different from people in a village who still has large area for gardening. So container gardening is a good alternative for urban farming. You can grow anything using a container from plastic bottle, plastic container, pot, or whatever you can use for planting.
There are some benefits of container gardening if you can apply it at home.
First, you get more and fresh oxygen supply around your house.
Second, you can harvest and produce your own vegetables and fruits at home. Beside it can safe your money, you will get healthier food.
Third, you can minimize your home waste and recycle it into a useful stuff.
Fourth, a green area can be a free relaxation facility at home because you will move your body like a sport activity and you can see a beautiful scenery from your flower garden.
Well, I think there are more advantages you can get through your own garden like I do. It is also not difficult to grow plants if you have the guide or manual. I formerly did not know how to grow trees and vegetables, but now there are a lot of information on the internet about gardening, and it is easy enough to follow.
I plant fig trees, grapes, mango, cherry, bean, mustard, lettuce, tomato, chili, and many others, I cannot write it one by one LOL. Most of them are still seedlings and some have produced delicious fruits. What I still have not applied is canning. I have read some information of canning and it is amazing to make your own canning food. I plan to make some for my crops but I still have not found a good jar with two layers lid. So now I am still finding out this type of jar.

For you who want to build your own garden, do not worry if there is not enough area at home, you can use container gardening system to plant your vegie and fruits. Happy gardening!
